health, and spiritual awakening. Classes are taught by Grandmaster
Jessie Bowen, founder of the Zen Mind-Body System. He is a 9th Degree
Black Belt in karate, has been practicing and teaching meditation for over
30 years, and has authored numerous books and audio products.
The Zen Mind-Body Meditation Program
is taught at Duke University as a physical education credit class.
Students learn to use meditation to relieve stress, improve memory
concentration, and gain control of their mind, body, and emotions.
